Lacey
was the repeat breeding of Kirby, out of Dozer and Ch Tiffany's Born To
Boogie. Lacey was always a free spirit, rules and good behavior were never
vastly important to her. She was always a challenge to show because she
was either very beautiful and well behaved or very beautiful and couldn't
keep her feet on the ground! She had a couple of times that she was very
well behaved and they happened to be at specialties. She had the honor to
win the Mother Lode Bulldog Club Specialty and then a few weeks later she
went on to win the Pacific Coast Bulldog Club Diamond Jubilee Specialty,
the largest specialty on the west coast up to that time. Lacey developed
pyometra and had to be spayed which ended her show career but she had already
left her mark as the beautiful white bitch with the attitude.
